Brendan is an Associate at Rebar Bernstiel. The focus of his practice includes defending insureds and insurers in the areas of premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability, commercial transportation, employment and workers’ compensation.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan clerked for the Honorable Mary M. Johnston of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, where he worked on sophisticated disputes in the Court’s specialized Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

Brendan lives in Roxborough with his fiancee. He loves spending time her her and with their greyhound. Prior to attending law school, Brendan played bass in a wedding band, and he still tries to play music as often as possible.
