Scott Rybny is a partner at Rebar Bernstiel. He specializes in representing insurers in all phases of first and third party insurance disputes –including pre-litigation activities, special investigations, declaratory relief actions, and lawsuits alleging bad faith. His experience encompasses commercial general liability, farm, condominium, fiduciary liability, property, business interruption (including extra expense and contingent business interruption), commercial crimes and credit risk insurance.

Over the years, Scott has been asked to speak on a variety of emerging insurance issues. Scott has presented at PAMIC, IASIU, PACIA, NBI, PDI and PLRB. He has the practical and legal experience to assist insurers manage risks and solve problems in this ever changing legal landscape.

A nationally ranked triathlete, Scott recently competed at the 2017 USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
